IT Administrator


  1. At least 3 years of experience as an IT support or administrator.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management or Computer Science.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to understand complex information and requirements.
  5. Can work well with others.
  6. Able to multi task.
  7. Can work on flexible schedules – day shift, mid-shift or night shift.
  8. Has good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain all the equipment and devices used.
  2. Maintain an inventory of all the equipment and their allocation and utilization.
  3. Determine software and hardware needs and make recommendations.
  4. Safeguard the company’s IT infrastructure against security threats.
  5. Administer the network connections to ensure optimum connection for the staff and coordinate with the ISP providers for troubleshooting.
  6. Create and implement policies and procedures
  7. Foresee possible issues and make recommendations in advance.
  8. Research and recommend IT solutions to improve our current IT systems and infrastructure.
  9. Train or educate the staff in IT security protocols as needed.
  10. Communicate with clients with regard to their requirements as needed.
